Good questions
Do you ever post reviews for us?
No. Never. Your customers write and post their own reviews. We simply make it easy for them.
What languages do the calls use?
English or French, whichever your customer prefers.
What happens if a customer isn't happy?
We don't send the review link right away. You get a text and an email immediately with the details, so you can follow up personally and make it right. Once the issue is resolved, mark it done in your dashboard and we text them the review link, same as every other customer. Every customer gets the chance to leave a review; we never filter out unhappy ones, which also keeps you within Google's rules.
How much work is it for me?
Very little. Enter the customer's name and phone number in your dashboard when a job is done, and we take it from there.
Is there a long contract?
No. There's no minimum contract. It's month to month and you can cancel anytime.
How much does it cost?
